Login information
After the login Traxmeet will open a new browser window. When you enter your username and password to log into the service, will there appear the black page that says "forwarding .." like in the example below?
If the 'forwarding' window do appear, then your username and password are correct, but the browser or firewall prevent pop-up windows.
To resolve this problem, check the following settings from your system:
- Check that the browser does not prevent the new window. Adjust your browser settings if necessary.
- Internet Explorer browser settings can be found in the browser's 'Tools' / 'Internet Options' menu.
- In Mozilla Firefox browser, the settings can be found in the browser's 'Tools' / 'Settings ...' menu.
- Note also that some browsers will open a new pop-up window in the back of the active window. So, that is not always the case of pop-up blocker.
- Check that the Google Toolbar does not prevent the new window
- Check that your firewall or virus program does not prevent the new window (for example, Norton 360 has the "ad-blocking", as the selection should turn off. Otherwise, do not work, even if the entire firewall is disabled).
- Check that the Adobe Flash Player (version 9.0.47.0 or later) is installed properly
Adjust the privacy settings as shown in the picture. Remove also the selection from the pop-up window blocking.

What is GPX?
GPX (GPS eXchange format) is a data format designed for describing GPS route data between different software applications.
The format stores location, elevation, and time and can be used to interchange data between GPS devices and software applications.

2) Download the data from your device to a desired software application which supports your device (e.g. Garmin Training Center for Garmin device users)
3) When you have downloaded the data to the desired application, you should produce a .gpx file by using export functionality of your application.
